Track your order
Where your machine is, and what each status means.
Enter your order number and the email address you ordered with to see where your
machine is.
To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
What the statuses mean
| Status | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Processing | Payment received. We are allocating stock and completing the pre-shipment check. |
| Completed | The machine has left our warehouse. Your freight tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email. |
| On hold | We are waiting on something — usually a delivery detail. Check your email; we will have written to you. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled. Any payment is refunded within 14 days. |
Once it has shipped
The carrier calls to schedule a delivery window before the truck arrives, so make sure we have a
phone number you answer. Freight transit is typically 5–10 business days depending on
distance.
When it arrives, inspect the crate before you sign the delivery receipt and
note any damage on the receipt itself. The shipping page explains why that
one step decides how a damage claim goes.
