What we accept
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus the wallet payments your browser
or phone offers at checkout (Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link where available).
We do not add a surcharge for paying by card. The price shown is the price
charged.
Who actually takes the payment
Card payments on landvax.online are processed by Stripe. Your full card number is
entered into Stripe’s payment form and is sent directly to Stripe — it does not pass through
or get stored on our servers, and we never see it. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which
is the highest certification available.
We receive only the information we need to fulfil the order: your name, delivery address,
contact details and confirmation that the payment succeeded.
What appears on your statement
The descriptor on your card statement is [LEGAL COMPANY NAME NOT SET]. If you see a charge you do
not recognize, email info@landvax.online before you raise a dispute and we will
identify it the same business day.
When you are charged
Your card is charged when you place the order. We confirm stock and the real ship date in
writing before you pay — if we cannot ship a machine, we tell you before taking money rather
than taking it and apologizing later.
If we cancel an order after payment for any reason, the full amount is refunded to the original
payment method within 14 days.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and is shown as a separate
line before you confirm the order. Rates and whether tax applies at all depend on the state and,
in many states, the county and city.
If you are buying for a registered business and hold a valid resale or exemption certificate,
email it to info@landvax.online before you order and we will apply the exemption.
Financing
Where financing is offered it is provided by an independent equipment finance company, not by
us. We introduce you; we do not lend, and we do not decide the outcome. Approval, rate and term are
entirely theirs and subject to their credit assessment.
